Mr. Hastings has a 20-year career as a CEO/President including 30+ acquisitions. He has served as CEO of RhythmOne (LSE AIM:RTHM) sold to Taptica International., CEO of Perk (TSX: PER) sold to RhythmOne, and CEO of GBG sold to 3M (NYSE: MMM). He was named to Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2009, is a CPA and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Mr. Ferrell has 15 years of experience in executive roles with digital technology companies and more than 25 years’ experience advising private and public companies in the technology space in the areas of finance, operations, M&A and tax. Prior to co-founding Federated Foundry, acting as COO, he was President of System1 Canada and President of System1’s (NYSE:SST) Publishing and Agency operations. Prior to that he was President and co-founder of Qool Media, a performance publisher and marketing agency which was acquired by System1 in March 2017. He also serves on several boards and advisory committees of both public and private companies. Mr. Ferrell is a CPA, CA and graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Mr. Collins has 15 years’ experience in executive roles with technology companies and 20 years’ experience managing private and public companies with extensive financial, strategic, operational and transaction experience in software, technology, and digital media industries Prior to co-founding Federated Foundry he was CFO of Crucial Interactive Holdings Inc. (“CIHI”) and previously served as CEO and COO of CIHI. Mr. Collins has also served as CFO of publicly traded companies, including Perk Inc. (TSX: PER) and Cyberplex (TSX:CX). He is also a CPA and graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Ms. Bains is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries including financial services, payments, technology, and renewable energy. An ambassador of culture with a passion for employee engagement, Ms. Bains has led the development of global Human Resources strategies that have driven an increase in engagement, inclusion and innovation. Ms. Bains holds an Honours, Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, Human Resource Management Certification from Humber College, and Executive Women in Leadership Certification from Cornell University. Ms. Bains also holds both the CHRP & CHRL designations.

Ms. Hastings has been advising both public and private companies on M&A, financing transactions and general corporate matters for over 10 years. She has previously served as General Counsel to each of Perk Inc. (TSX: PER) and RhythmOne plc (LSE AIM: RTHM). She played a critical role in guiding Perk through a reverse take-over transaction and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2015, several M&A transactions and an eventual sale to RhythmOne plc (LSE AIM:RTHM) in 2017. At RhythmOne, she led several corporate development initiatives, including the company’s acquisition of Yume, Inc. (NYSE: YUME). Ms. Hastings has recently served as Legal Advisor to a number of Ad Tech companies, including, TextNow, Inc., Beachfront Media, LLC and Snapsort Inc. She earned her LL.B. from University of Windsor and B.A. from Columbia University.
